Web Orders |
| ACS will only ship to an address on file with your credit card company. If you wish to ship to an alternate address, you can add that address to your card record on file with the card issuer. ACS will only ship to the address listed as the Billing address on all Web orders. |
| ACS does not place items on backorder. If we are out of stock on an Item you order, we will ship the available parts and notify you by email of the unavailable items. If your order is to be considered "ALL or NONE", please place that message in the comment field of the last item on your order. |

RETURNS |
| Call our RMA department for an authorization number prior to shipping a return. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused. |
| Items returned for refund must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of our shipping. Returns for refund will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. All returns for refund must be COMPLETE including but not limited to ALL packaging, documentation, registration, software/drivers. Incomplete returns will be refused a refund. Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. |
| We do not cross ship defective parts. If you are within the first 30 days of purchase we can, when an EXACT match item is available and with your approval, charge your credit card for the item + shipping and ship you a replacement. Once we receive your COMPLETE defective return, we will refund your card less the shipping charges. (Sorry...But the preceding option is not available on CPU's!) We do not allow UPGRADES on defective parts, like item replacement only. |
| NO REFUND ON SOFTWARE ~ Defective disks will be replaced with same product only. No Product Keys will be reissued. |
| Return Shipping cost are the sole responsibility of the customer. |
