With Tech support being provided as a FREE service, ACS will only assist customers with question concerning items purchased from ACS.  ACS Tech support will point customers in the right direction for installing or configuring hardware or software.  ACS will NOT remain on the phone and walk customers through installation or configuration of hardware or software.  If you feel the installation or configuration of your hardware or software is not within the scope of your abilities , then please feel free to have our Service Department check in your system for the appropriate service needed.
